The Process!
Step 1: Proposal
Receive a custom quote with your package selections, pricing, and design vision.
Step 2: Booking
Secure your date with a signed contract and 20% deposit.
Step 3: Personalization
Virtually meet with us 10–12 weeks before your event to share your vision, colors, theme, and inspiration.
Step 4: Design Approvals
Review your proofs about 3 weeks before your event and work with us to finalize your designs. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your event.
Step 5: Logistics
We’ll coordinate with you and/or your planner on delivery, setup location, and day-of details.
Step 6: The Big Day!
Setup and takedown are on us! We’ll deliver and pick up everything at the scheduled times provided by you and/or your planner.
