The Process!
Step 1: Proposal
Receive a customized quote outlining your package selections, pricing and design concepts.
Step 2: Booking
Book your rental by paying a 20% deposit to lock in your event date with a contract agreement.
Step 3: Personalization
We will meet via Zoom ~10-12 weeks before your event to share your vision, theme, colors, or inspiration to get started on your uniquely designed prints.
Step 4: Design Approvals
Proofs will be sent out ~6 weeks before your event. We will work together to get the final design approval ~3 weeks out. Final payment is due two weeks before event date.
Step 5: Logistics
We will coordinate with you/and or your planner for day of arrival, set up location, etc.
Step 6: The Big Day!
Set up and take down on us! We will arrive/remove at the alloted times provided by you/and or your planner.
